A molecular bonded hubcap!
That is just TOO funny!
If they didn't get "sued" yet, I don't think they will.

I watched "Speed Demons" episode and I saw a dent on KITT's driverside
front fender just in front of the wheel well.It looks like that one of
the motorcycles might have gotten too close.I saw it when KITT reach
the top of the hill.

I noticed on "Knightmares" were on the pavement you can see the tire
marks were they did a "dry run" before they did the scene for a take.
This happens when Micheal gets into KITT to try him out.

KITT " This looks like an industrial accident."
Micheal "We are not here to cricitque the work."

Sorry if this has been posted but I always see in the first season were Kitt's hood would always lift up from his scanner. Like it looked like his hood was not closed and it was always during the car getting shot at or missles(the second episode has it the most) and it always looked funny.

That is the stunt car, and the hood appears to be partially opened because a protective layer is over it so that the original hood won't be damaged when the bullets or projectiles hit the car.

Cool. I figured that was the case.

I don't think any projectiles were ever fired at the stunt cars? As I understood it, the flickering effect seen on K.I.T.T. in sequences where he was being shot at was actual tiny preset sparks placed on the car. A stagehand used a detonator off camera and set them off in sequence to create the illusion of bullets bouncing off of KITT.

You're right Lost Knight, what was I thinking? I'm beginning to actually mix reality and fiction in my head. Yep, the bullets are actually "planted" on top of the protective layer and detonated by remote control. It would have looked cooler if the car looked more natural (w/out the layer) but everything has its price.

There's a great on in the pilot, where KITT pulls up to Michael after being taken for a joyride. If you check the interior, you can see two arms, coming around from the back of the driver's seat, pull back from the steering wheel. They're clad in the same material as the upholstery, giving it a chameleon-like effect.
Not exactly a blooper, but there's one episode (I can't remember which) where Michael wears exactly the same outfit as in the pilot, for the sole purpose of reusing the 'KITT bursting into the prison and breaking Michael out' shot!

There are 3 other bloopers in that episode. Right before KITT and Michael chase the motorcycle, they get to the warehouse. Look behind KITT's driver seat near the floor when Michael gets out, and you'll see KITT's "hand" reaching for his door. Then there's also a shadow of the camera and camera mount on KITT's hood and the lead 2 motorcycles can be seen connected to some kind of trailer in one scene. Both of these take place during the race.
If you don't make a difference, you are not the Knight Rider.
