Don't know about the other's,, but Knight Rider 2000 is included in the Season one DVD boxset.
You Might also find Knight Rider 2000 on video on e bay.

I have a store bought copy of Knight Rider 2010 but can't watch it cause it's PAL format and i need NTSC.
