How did KITT get his molecular bonded shell back?

Just got to thinking about how KITT got his molecular bonded shell back after knight of juggernaut. Two of the three people who knew a third of the molecular bonded shell formula were killed during season 2 goliath episode. So how did KITT get his shell back during season 4?
