A Question about Team Knight Rider

or are they gonna make another type

There was actually a whole season of Team Knight Rider. They are available to watch on hulu. For various reasons, including mediocre acting, it was a flop.

BrightBladez, It's worth checkin out. It had several Ford cars, and even a "bad" black sports car called K.R.O. Unfortunately, It had cheesy special effects and everybody wore a similar suit, (Bluish Bonnie like). But it was an interesting look at the evolution of Knight Rider. It's viewers shrunk down so much within the last episodes it was cancelled......eerily similar to the 08 series.. But it is way better than the KR 2010 movie, which went too far from the source, but with nonfamiliar actors unlike KR 2000, which had Micheal Knight and Devon Miles, and even KITT, but that TV movie went with a drama style instead of action and a red supercar, which alienated some fans of the of the original series.

Team Knight Rider was a modest success internationally. Because of that, it was fairly close to being renewed. But then Universal Studios went through one of their many corporate overhauls. The new brass wanted to create a clean slate with their own programming, and TKR disappeared.

Hmmm, doesn't sound too far removed from KR08 at all. Was a modest sucess internationally anyway, new top brass came in and wanted to do their own thing. KR08 gets cancelled.

Personally, I really liked the KRO episode. Might have more to do with having a sleek black sports car as the villian in the peice but it made for some entertaining viewing. Wrecking Beast was pretty cool as well

Yeah, the KRO episode(MY FAVORITE AS WELL) was like the Anti-Micheal and the Anti-KITT. A Dynamic Duo that were there for each other just like Micheal and KITT, but with misguided intentions. That episode kinda linked the original series to it. I kinda wish it was the pilot episode.......Building five SuperVehicles to apprehend its predecessor......
