I'm still here and will be here for a long time..... since I'm building my KITT 3K Mustang. Also I'll be posting new pictures soon. I just put the new Colbra front end on Friday night and it looks Great.

I've been here awhile contributing my thoughts here and there. I think that just because we don't have KR08 anymore (although being an optimist I don't think this is the last we've seen of men named Michael Knight and cars named KITT)
doesn't mean we can't continue sharing our theories of how KR technology might work, what we liked about 08 and TOS, what's going on about KI2T and KI3T replicas etc. And I'm getting tired of the people who, every time someone talks about these things has to say it doesn't matter, KR08 is dead, there's no hope and other crap like that.

If anything, I'd say the boards are back to where they were before the new Knight Rider ever came about. Most of us are members here because of the original show which is about 27 years old at this point. The new series created an onslaught of traffic, discussions and new members (a lot of whom joined only to post once or twice to bash the show).

Now that those people are gone and most of the discussion about the new series has died down (probably also because of the division of people who loved the show and hated the show), things have quieted down. As such, with a 27-year-old show, there are only so many new topics to discuss that have not already been covered, therefore fresh new topics won't come about as quickly as they did for the new series.

I always seemed to lurk these boards despite the fact that I have always been a huge fan and at one point in time I owned a 4th season KR conversion. It would appear that now, in the aftermath of KR2008-2009, board interest seems to be waining. Count me in! let's start some topics...

Agreed sadly a lot of those new members just came in to bash the new show, they had never posted here before and once the show was canned as they wished they left back to the rock they crawled under from.

Personally I will continue to lurk and occasionally post something on this boards but for the most part when it comes to Knight Rider topics I'm done with that. I will be posting about movies and other not K.R related stuff for the most part from now on. If another Knight Rider show or movie pops up that would off course quickly change but 'till then...

All that doesn't matter, in my opinion. Knight Rider is Knight Rider. Not matter what happens to this franchise, the ones who truly care, stick around!

Is understandable since there is not that much to talk about when it comes to Knight Rider anyway but you can do as I do post elsewhere in the board about other stuff such as movies, other TV shows etc. The situation we are now in is not likely to change anytime soon so...
