Criterion Games presents KITT .. well almost
Criterion games is releasing a legendary cars pack for Burnout Paradise
Criterion makes up their own names but the references are obvious
among the cars are the
BTTF Delorean (88 Special)
ECTO1 from Ghostbusters (Hunter Spirit),
General Lee (Calvary Bootlegger)
and KITT (Carson GT Nighthawk)
I snagged a screen grab of the Nighthawk from the site
Enjoy

Theres no reason for increased volume, I'm scanning your interogitives quite satisfactorilly.

A brief desciption of the Carson GT Nighthawk from Criterion
This is the Carson Nighthawk. Denied by the government and disowned by Carson, this ultra rare version of the Carson GT is the ultimate super pursuit vehicle!
The custom lighting array and retractable spoiler triggered by boosting makes this the most distinctive-looking vehicle for night time events in the dangerous world of Paradise City

I think this is a DLC (Downloadable Content) for the XBOX360 version.
Cool car BTW, if only we can change the scanners to red.

When I saw these I thought how they looked more like a Camaro then any KITT I know - still the influence is kind of nice to see.

Already posted. Yeah, the KITT spoof looks cool though, I hope there's some alternate colors, including black with a red scanner though that might be a little too close for the lawyers' liking.

The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great!

Well, the Carson GT Nighthawk (this car) is based on the Carson GT Concept car in the game, which, in turn, is based on the new Camaro. The GT Concept even has the Bumblebee colors as a selection.neps wrote:When I saw these I thought how they looked more like a Camaro then any KITT I know - still the influence is kind of nice to see.

Crappy recolor done by me, here's the Carson Nighthawk in proper KITT colors...or the "Knighthawk", if you will

Real nice
i think there is a legal limit on how close they can come to making it like KITT though
notice the General Lee inspired car has a Mexican Flag why not just use the confederate flag
and call it the Bootlegger, I think it has to do with likeness rights
I'm just happy they were inspired by KITT
looks to be released mid february

That pic reminds me so much of Camaro!KITT. I might have to steal it and make an icon.
