He says discussion is less immediate, I think it is ever more immediate. Instead of talking around the water cooler about a funny or interesting clip we email them to each other or post them on Youtube.
It sounds like he is in favor of letting us share things on Youtube, that's a good thing. As long as we aren't posting whole shows. People sharing short clips will have a viral effect in spreading the word about the show and will equal more people tuning in.

Charlie Rose namechecked GM as a car manufacturer b2ut it would have been a great opportunity for Silverman to say "well actually we do have a show based around a car...."

I wonder why he didnt..???
