How does the Nano work?

Post by Rockatteer » Sat Oct 11, 2008 9:27 pm

When Kitt transforms into attack mode he loses the back seat.

Does this mean the whole car is made from nano-based materials and can be transformed?

I don't know what else to say or addm the new Knight Rider seems to be based on Claytronics or Catoms type of nanotech and if it is it can indeed very much transform, beyond that there is nothing else to add or say really...

I guess it does, I had originally imagined it was just his outer shell. Well I guess this means he can change or repair his engine than as well. ...I wonder how he holds in all his liquids while hes changing his engine and gas tank configuration.

You know I have yet to see Michael or anyone for that matter take KITT to fill it up with gas. It may run with a a hidrogen plant instead.

Likewise with the old show. I remember in one of the episode Kitt ran low becasue Micheal took a detour which Bonnie hadn't calculated into Kitts consumption for that trip.

I would assume the same kinds of calculations are done int he Kitt-cave. I also assume the hoses we see attached to Kitt in the cave are for refueling purposes.
