I'm assuming that's for GTA:SA on PC ... but how about for a modded (original) XBox though?
Mind you, this KITT mod looks detailed enough for Niko Bellic to be driving in GTA-IV ... !

I've been wondering the same thing, would love to change up GTA: SA on a modded xbox. I might mess around with it tomorrow, ftp some files over and see what happens.

I'm not sure but unless the XBox version had an installation I'd assume you'd have to alter the data files by either making an ISO and altering it or if you can load games on a hacked XBox's HDD do it that way. But that's just a guess.
The new and again improved evil's advertisement is currently too long and too badass to display here. But let's just say that with now 50% more evil, this **** is great! :twisted: :skar:

Tobie found this mod for the game to increase graphics quality by adding 3 files to replace current files.

Extract thesefiles in your gta san andreas folder.Press Shift and the f2 key together to activate the higher level graphics.
