Split From - The Knight Rider That Almost Was

Yeah,

I'm sure you're really going to be successful in this town (L.A.) -- blabbering internal details.

And I'm sure NBC is thrilled with you trashing the new show -- as a "train wreck waiting to happen" -- LOL

That's really going to inspire confidence in the film investment community.
Yeah, you're going to be really, really successful.... By the way, what have you done?

Let's face it.... Glen talks about making new stuff. No one is going to give him money, despite his best
intentions. Look at how much an '80s blockbuster producer like Stephen J. Cannell (the shows were corny, but had successful ratings)..... he can barely get a $1,000,000 nowadays to make low-rent horror films.

The last active project from Glen was 1999 -- "Millennium Man." He tried to reboot Galactica in 2003 and they
promptly took it away. Knight Rider got scooped by NBC. The movie will never happen as long as NBC is rolling with the TV series. Investors will balk at competing projects -- its just the way this town works.

I work in the industry. I also was required to sign an NDA to not disclose any details regarding active projects as a requirement for employment. Its a common practice "in the industry."
There ain't no E in Garth, damn it.
