Ford, Robots and AI - Possible another reason for KR

I was thinking maybe with Ford being so into technology (Honda is the only other one with a robot) then that may also be another reason Ford was interested in KR as well.

Can you imagine this robot and KITT at one of Ford's car shows? :D
