Where did you learn this information- I've never heard of anything like it.

Those wheels are on Dodge Stealths, which was the original body base for the K4000. Those wheels were either: A) put back on the original K4000 (for reasons why?!), B) on another Stealth that they converted, or C) they just didn't care what wheels they used!
If anyone has those pics showing the buildup of the K4000 from the base Stealth, that shows a lot. Also, if you watch Scare Tactics again, take a look when they briefly shoot to the interior shot looking out of the front window. The front dash has been covered.
