My latest KR artwork

Post by sarfraz » Sat Jan 21, 2006 7:47 am

Don't get online much, but I've been trying to keep my creative-mind active. Latest artwork at the bottom or the fourth KR artwork page:

http://www.turboboost.netfirms.com

....you may need to reload the page as its only just been uploaded.

Enjoy

Saw where you said you were having trouble with flesh tones.

Painter's secret:

Flesh tones = orange, red and white in your mixing cup if you're using oils or acrylics. Some watercolor sets include a flesh-toned tube already mixed for you, but it's more or less the same rule for them too.

For a little more brown, add a complimentary color, like blue or green, but go light!

My favorite might be that third page, nighttime super pursuit mode, very cool.

They're all fantastic though, impressive indeed.
Michael: "KITT! Where are ya?!"
K.I.T.T.: "I'm in your parking space, Michael, where else would I be?"

.....not to sound patronising but thats what I did do. Its just that I rarely draw people let along paint them, so I have little experience with it....yeah I know keep practicing  cars on the other hand I can do in one continuous pen stroke.....looks weird and like an unpainted animation cell.
