Hi, Just wondering why theres so many LOCKED Threads???

There are hardly any locked threads in the General Discussion area. I assume you are referring to the forums in the "rerun" section. They intentionally locked because they are old threads and are considered to be "archived".
Over time, many topics will be brought up again and again. If we didn't archive them, eventually the threads could grow to be dozens of pages long and would be difficult to follow. There's nothing wrong with starting up a new thread in the general discussion if you have something new to say on an old topic.
