I have the Darda KR car....got it as a present a few years back. Its not that special really. Its has a pull back and release action which is rediculously fast, but its a standard Trans AM rather than a customised KR car (similiar to early ERTL cars). It has a painted red light and Knight 2000 written on the bottom of the door aswell as a KNIGHT number plate. I've seen them come up on ebay from time to time.

If you have the money (and access to ebay), get the vintage 1983 Talking Kenner KITT with the Michael Knight doll. It is the largest KITT toy (at 1:13 scale) and has the coolest feature: It talks! (the car, not the doll)Josch Schulz wrote:Hi Walter

Next in line would be the newly released ERTL 1:18 diecast KITT. It is also a must-have if you are a true fan of the show.
Another KITT toy worth mentioning is the MPC or ERTL 1:25 scale model kit. You will have to build it though, but if you are a modeler, that should be no problem.

I do have the Kenner KITT, but not Michael Knight (the dog chewed his head apart).HondaSiR wrote:If you have the money (and access to ebay), get the vintage 1983 Talking Kenner KITT with the Michael Knight doll. I also have the 1/25th ERTL KITT & KIFT, and I'm in the process of building them now.
I've seen the ERTL 1/18th KITT at the hobby store near me, and I'm looking to buy it soon.
If you don't make a difference, you are not the Knight Rider.

Sorry for being ignorant, but is DARDA a model car kind of kit?
I have the kenner KITT car, but it's currently in storage, along with my own action figure.
The only other thing I have merchandise-wise is a "Knight Rider" View Master I'd gotten at age 14.......
Otherwise, I didn't collect "Knight Rider" memorabilia during the show's run on NBC.

Darda was a special toy car series with a pull-back-motor. And there were tracks with loops and jumps.

And once there was a Knight Rider set with Kitt. But it was just a genereall Trans Am with a painted scanner, so no custom front.
I still have this car, but I painted it like KARR, with a yellow scanner and silver bottom.
My brother still has his KITT. It was fun when I was young, but these cars are not accurate.
