OK, we all love the cool things KITT can do. But there was a lot more action on screen. The stuntmen and women, worked with cars, trucks, motorcycles, helicopters, horses, fist fights, and a whole lot more! Great work guys.

KITT's stunt driver, Jack Gill, was simply the best!

(puts on "The Unknown Stuntman", the theme song from "The Fall Guy", another Glen A. Larson production, by Lee Majors in honor of the stuntmen and women for "Knight Rider").

Yeah, especially Jack Gill who kept David Hasselhoff in line during the time when Mr. Gill was the one who "automatically" drove KITT when the car drive "itself", so that's always helpful, huh?

Let's not forget the dozens of stuntcars that have sacrificed their lives (read: thrashed by the stuntmen) in order to make the star car KITT shine onscreen.

Especially those turbo-boosts. In reality the cars were pretty much totalled afterwards, so I hear.

I don't know about anybody else, but the stunt people get a big salute from me. I do hope Jack Gill's health will start to improve after all the turbo-boosts he had KITT do.
If you don't make a difference, you are not the Knight Rider.

Errr what do you mean? Jack Gill performed all those KITT stunts 20 years ago. His body should have healed by now if ever it was injured during all those turbo-boosting scenarios. As far as I know, his doctors installed a titanium support in his spine/back as a result of those injuries. He should have recuperated by now.

Ah, you got me!!!
Yep, that's what I mean.
I agree now, his health must be better after 20-some years.

I've heard that some of those injuries you never fully recover from.

you ever wonder what those cars must have looked like when they landed? sometimes they were perpendicular to the ground and would have impaled the nose into the ground...
meanwhile the cut was david bouncing in his seat woooooooooowing kitt. lol.
