Knight Con Movie

Post by KI2000 »

Hi there!
It's finally finished: my Knight Con 2004 movie!
It's three minutes long and you can find it here: http://users.skynet.be/ki2000/KnightConWeb.wmv

It's the first time that I edited a movie, so please, please give me your comments, hints and tips!

Enjoy!

Thanks for the video man! I'm one of those that viewed but didn't comment, got distracted and actually had to do actual work! Anyway, thanks so much, video looks great! The one wall with all the Knight Rider photos has a bunch of A4 size sheets with Knight Rider titles, any recollection what they said?

Great video.Makes me wish even more that I was there. All that lovely KR merchandise.I saw a ramp where a KITT replica sped by and and a police car chased. Was a jump performed?
If only I had a nickel for every time someone cut me off on the parkway and wished for a Turbo-Boost or Micro-jammer...

Nope there was no jump. The replica costs loads of money, so it would be a shame to crash it in a jump :-)
Actually the ramp was for the stunt show and kitt just drove by before the stunt show.

I would love to know that myself, knightman. That mod would be great if hooked up to like say, USB and accessed via an AI/Speech program to only work when the computer (ie. KITT) was talking. ;) And the scanner thing would be nice too!

I'd love to put one in my computer but can't because it's a mATX case and darn small. I love small but hoping for an Artec Guardian case some day (you know, the one with the mouth with moving lights on it ;) )

Just wanted to say that I loved the movie. I didn't think that Knight Rider was still so popular. I have to get out more...

That pc mod, is lovely, isn't it ... The voice modulater reacted on the music the pc was playing. I think you have to be a real case modder to impliment that!

Thx 4 the comments :)
Well, I also saw some parts for computers once. I also know that some people actually use the scanners that are meant for cars to mod their cases.
I'm not handy enough to do thos things sadly enough.

Maybe buying a vox box for a car and doing some mods to that, making it USB powered, writing drivers to interface with a speach program and just plug it into the computer as an external unit? Hmmm... now you have me thinking.... LOL!

If you're a programmer, go ahead then and let us know
Maybe best thing we can do is ask the owner of the computer. I think it's SWerni or maybe a friend of hers.

Hi,
Thanks for the effort, I took a look at the sites, but they all look kind of unfinished. The one at the con was very nice. Guess you'll have to make it yourself to make it look that good
