Oh dear, oh dear.

Well, I always thought I had no musical skills, and this pretty much confirms it. lol

Having got hold of a basic mixing program, I just had to have a go at mixing the KR theme didn't I... :roll:

And this is my first attempt (right click, save as - note its in WMA format)

It was so laughable, I thought I would share it with you all. Worth a giggle, if nothing else. :oops:



Attempts Thus Far (UPDATED 20/5/04)

1. Alvin And The Chipmunks Vs Knight Rider
2. Knight Rider Theme - Dark Side Mix

LOL! At one point it sounds like Knight Rider meets the Chipmunks! But not bad for a first try. I certianly got a giggle out of it!

I know already that I can't do any better. Keep trying!

Cool, sounds as if the S1 (season 1) theme was used. No giggles for me. It would be a BIT better without those... variations. Good first attempt though. Good luck!

Well, four months... better late than never. ;)

So, lets continue the attempts of a musical genius to remix the Knight Rider Theme - despite being restrained by his complete lack of musical ability.

I got a new mixer program today, but it still isn't as user friendly as I would have liked.

Anyway, in this mix I was trying to accentuate the Knight Rider theme into becoming much darker, and really tried to bring out those mysterious 'whooshing' sounds near the start as well as adding a bit more wind myself.

Basically I tried to make it into a horror theme. The strange thing is, I fiddled with the reverb in places and it almost sounds like the track is slowed down - however I checked and the running times are identical. So there's an audio illusion. lol

When I get a new program, I'll have another go. :)
