Pirates of the KARRibbean

Paul Frees (KARR in "KITT vs. KARR") did voice work for the classic Disneyland attraction Pirates of the Carribean. (yes, it was a ride before it was a movie!) Here's a clip of "KARR" as a pirate:

He also did work on The Haunted Mansion (again, the ride not the movie!)

I had no idea that was KARR. I have not honestly been on that ride in over 10 years, either one.

My girlfriend is a Disney-o-holic and I have promised to take her sometime this year, so I need to get down there and check it out again.

I found it amazing that he was also the voice of Santa Claus in "Frosty The Snowman"! It's a bit creepy...

how come the "voice Of KARR" is not in the ending like peter cullen is in Trust doesn't rust

Who is Peter Cullen then? I thought it was him that did KARR's voice... the same guy who did Optimus Prime's voice back in the day.

I could be wrong.

Peter Cullen did do KARR's voice in Trust doesn't Rust but in Kitt vs Karr they changed it to Paul Frees.

peter cullen was the voice of the donkey (cant spell his name) in winnie the pooh, not paul frees

Peter Cullen not only did the voice of KARR in TDR but did do the voice of the Original Optimus Prime and did some voice work in the Transformers Season 3 and Season 4, not related to Optimus Prime...Wonder why they went with Paul Frees in KVK and yes he did do the Pillsbury dough boy....
