KITT cartoon?
Hey, I can't remember and it's been awhile since the topic was brought up. Are they still toying with the idea of a Knight Rider cartoon?

That was one of those rumors that went along with Hasselhoff wanting a Devon hologram, KR becoming a series, etc. I think it has been presently written off of the board. (In a way, thank god. )

KITT cartoon?
actually I thought about what the characters of Knight Rider might look like as cartoon characters about 5 years ago and here's what I eventually came up with. BTW--I also sent this off to David a couple of years back as part of my submissions of the new Knight 3000. Hope you all like! :-)

That would make it "Happy knights." or "Bonnie loves michael."

Hey cute piccie!
Personally, if KR were to become a cartoon, I'd like to see an anime version..

I like the picture, but (I don't mean to offend anyone) but Devon looks a lot more like William Daniels (who we all know does the voice for KITT)

Nice Pic!
Michael: "Heyyyyy! What's up, Mr. M?"
Devon: "Hey Knight, who's your fling tonight?"
--"These Happy Knights are yours and mine!"
Hehe.
Anyway, if WB was to do the Animated Series, it would be sweet if it was in the WB Animated style. (You know, same animation as Batman the Animated Series, Beyond, etc.)

A most definite advantage there would be the possibility of allowing the writer(s) to explore past the limitations of physical means. Add in the story plot writers of the afformentioned WB shows...well, then. You've really got something happening, then.
Michael: "Ski Mode right, KITT!"
KITT performs the two wheel stunt, then notes, "Michael! We're about to impact with a fire hydrant now that we've cleared the car."
Michael: "Change to Ski Mode left!"
KITT: "Hydrant cleared. We are now approaching an intersection crawling with pedestrians and there is insufficient room and traction to stop."
Michael: "Off center Turbo Boost, KITT!"
The Knight Two Thousand makes an impressive jump off of two wheels over the crowded intersection, just in time for KITT to notify Michael with, "Michael! The road will incline at a 45 degree angle before we land!"
Michael: "Mid-Air angle adjustment!"
The Knight 2000 uses powerful blasts of Turbine Thrust to reposition it's nose from pointing to the ground and relocate to facing the sky while another mighty thrust insures that all four wheels...
