Seems taoworm2323 and all his videos are gone. Too bad this work is lost. Even Universal can't seem to find a HD copy of the movie.

I'm so sad that Taoworm2323 just up and vanished. He may have had one of the only 35mm copies of the film in existence and he apparently had the resources to do a proper HD scan of the negatives.

For my part, I recently used some AI upscaling software on a European DVD of Knight Rider 2000 (which itself is way better than the US releases), and the results have been phenomenal. I won't be distributing my 4K upscale to anyone because of copyright issues but I will share some screen caps with sliders to show the difference:
