pontiac banshee as kitt
Haven't done this in a long time so it was more of a dusting off an old skill. Used to love making cars/new generation camaros into kitt. I present to you the Pontiac Banshee if it was turned into a real kitt.

Cool creation. Always liked your KITT conversions, for example 4th gen Trans-Ams, etc.
Used to do photomanipulations for fun years ago but haven't had the time for it for a long time now. Probably my skills have rusted away by now

Re: pontiac banshee as kitt
I don't have Photoshop at all
Using Gimp 2.8.4, I think it's very old version by now as well. Works fine for resizing photos for internet forums and colour corrections and some photo editing, like removing license plates from cars, etc.
Back in 2000's I used Ulead PhotoImpact, special edition from a computer magazine cd-rom.
In 2003 I took a few weeks of computer course which included Adobe Photoshop. I don't remember the version anymore but after that, never used Photoshop again.
Before PC era, used the Amiga Deluxe Paint and Commodore 64 Koala Painter but of course they're actually more like Windows Paint drawing programs.

And I was just coming here to post a set of videos about a banshee-type car. Not here in the General Discussion area, though.

Re: pontiac banshee as kitt
Kittfan, I'm using adobe photoshop 5 from the year 2001 when I was in college. I'm surprised that nowadays you need to pay a monthly fee for the new photoshop otherwise you're locked out of your files. I've had a chance to try it for a while when I was preparing to work for a company. Amazing how it's changed since my version. Leaps and bounds. But I'm glad I could still do everything I need to do with my version.
Post away Jup! Any videos on the banshee would be welcome. I've always wondered how people got into the car with no key holes or door handles. Lacked certain safety features like rear view mirrors and door mirrors too. I heard in the video I posted that the car had a video feed to the rear so it may have been the first car equipped with a gps and rear view camera.

Good Ps but I must admit absolutely not a fan of that design, little too lowrider and sleek for my tastes. I don't mind the 4000 design, albeit it was ironic given KITT didnt' want to be a "a tomato on wheels" where he's disguised as some other red car in season 4, but this is a bit too far.
