...it's some momentary tribute from the SuperNatural tv show. I don't watch that show. But, it seems they found some kind of scanner bar from...somewhere...and stuck it behind the grill of their primary ride. Looks like they also fished out the old KITT voice box prop from Hollywood storage and had no idea how to sync it in with a microphone. (At least, I don't think they just used stock footage from the show. Look at the dash around the v-box. Of course, with modern computer trickery, splicing in such footage is not so hard.)
In case anyone is still keeping tabs on KR related bits...
