The commercial for the 2013 Mustang has the car morphing colors and designs. The effects are really good, although the changes aren't as complicated as the Knight 3000's transformations.

yeah I saw that the other day the one that I love is the little girl looking at it, it changes to pink for a a SECOND and POOF all black GT500 ala Knight 3000!

This was more reminiscent of the morphing ability KITT had in the pilot for the new series. I love the last. It would make an excellent Knight 3000 for a continuation of the series, NBC!!!! (hint, hint)
