When I first saw KI3T's Turbo Boost in the first episode of the 08 series it looked so familiar for some odd reason. I finally found out why.

It's just you. There is a similar sound, but it's not a scanner sound.

That scene may have also looked familiar because it was very similar to the acceleration scene in The Fast and The Furious movie.

yes it is i guess universal and gary scott thompson wanted to save money, so i guess they used the same clips from fast and the furious.

I loved that version of the Trans Am. It just looked so... mean. Would have loved seeing KITT reincarnated in that generation.
