Need the musical notes to Original Theme Song for project

Hey, anyone out there know the musical notes for the original series theme song?
I can't read sheet music or guitar tabs, but I have the theme song in this format;
so I need something that shows me the notes as "c,b,f,e,a....etc."
I'm an electronics student and I built a circuit that creates the lighting effect of the scanner,
but I also want to play the theme song through a pizo speaker, (which I know how to do) ;
I just need to know what notes to play and in what order.

I have been looking for this for ages but I cant find it either just like you I can't read music notes I con only read letters
