I've got my hands on the team Knight Rider style Guide/Operations Manual. The one that was on sale on ebay a couple weeks ago.
I've extracted the data from the CD's, but a lot of it is in formats I can't read and have no file extensions.
The following link is the original file, it is the high-res copy of the TKR logo intended to be used on VHS covers. Does anyone have anything that could be used to open this file?

I'd appreciate any help the community could share. As I am very heavily interested in getting these graphical elements open in modern programs.
