Russian supercar movie: Black Lightning

Here's a trailer for a new Russian Movie called "Black Lightning". The trailer is in Russian, so it's hard to tell what it's about, but there seems to be some sort of black flying supercar in it, so it has be good right?

Now thats a keeper!....ya know me and the guys were tslking at work and we could never figure out why during the height of the 80's with the way Russia was ,why the script writers never wrote in any where a plot about some russians wanting to steal K.I.T.T.? ....I mean they made all sorts of movies and t.v. shows about wantiing to steal a certain Helicopter (airwolf)and secret weapons and special formulas and try to kill off James Bond and all ,but I think have would have made some kinda since to add that in somewhere!

Wow! That does look pretty awesome! Can anyone translate to let the rest of us know what it's going to be about. I wonder if it'll come out dubbed in English, or have subtitles in English? I'd be interested to see it.
That's kind of weird to see Universal on something foriegn.
