Yeah, I gotta say it would make a great KI3T. Too bad they won't be doing the GT 500KR. It would look really cool.

the thing is basically the SS and KR are the same in looks besides the hood, the optional rear window scopes and the spoiler, and of course the top striping.
the hoods for the SS and KR are the same but the middle support of the hood is underneath the scope, while the KR middle support is outside the scope. Also the Window scopes are optional for the SS people if they want it or not, the spoiler for the KR is a V6 mustang, while the SS are the regular gt500 spoilers.

If you ask me, I would say the car looks just fine. I dont know what it is, but I still think the current KITT is much better looking.

Technically Kitt could be any car or truck in the ford line-up...... If it is brought back I really hope they don't do the trasnformations.

i agree to the transformations he should be just one car but still able to turn to attack mode or super pursuit mode

Those are called hood pins, they keep the hood on the car and are usually used on race cars.

The function of hood pins is to secure the hood to the car just like the latch does on most average cars.
