I really hope this isn't a photoshop. Can we get confirmation on where this is?

If this is a city in Europe and the programme is being promoted so heavily, it begs the question "Why would they do so for a show they know is only on for one year?" Or do you think there's a backdoor opening somewhere for Sci-Fi or someone else if it does really well...?

It's not photoshop. I know few websites (such as MagMyPic.com), where you can upload your photo and you will be on whatever you want - on a bus, on a wall, on newspaper and so on ;) Someone uploaded KR photo instead and website formed this image.
