Hey, did you see the pictures of the new Shelby Mustang? It will be the heir of the GT500 KR with also 540 horsepowers.
The car looks really really nice, gives the Camaro a run for his money. If they ever have to update KITT, I would be glad if it is this car:

I love this new Stang. It looks very mean. All they would have to do is remove the Cobra emblem and we are all set LOL

Looks great! I think it's obvious as to where the scanner would go...

I quite liked the GT version of the 2010 car but not so keen on the GT500 spec.

From that particular shot, I think some of the styling has gone too European for my liking. I much prefer the current more aggressive looking GT500/KR. The outlet vents on the top of the hood look particularly out of place coloured in black. I do like the wheels on all the new Mustangs and the interior but maybe I'm just old fashion and like my muscle cars to look meaner. Its abit weird, but the new car seems to lack a certain something.....soul, character? I don't know what it is but for its small flaws the current Stang does it for me.

Just remember that is a Stock GT500, KITT is a GT500KR, and KR's come with a better looking hood. I love how the scanner is set up in KITT

Adding KR style hood vents should be easy enough
![Wink ](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
. I love it... but I have seen this car a few weeks ago... just the images were still under embargo so I could not share em.

There's no excuse for Ford to have BARELY even changed the design this time around. All they did for the current model was reuse the 1960s version and basically they're still keeping up with this retro fad.

The main reason Ford didn't change the design very much is because it's been so successfull for them. There are still many people who like the retro designs.
KNIGHT RIDER RELOADED is a series of movies on Youtube to represent a different creative avenue to the Knight Rider we knew in 2008-09.

Good job!!
One thing annoys me though. The indicators next to the headlights look out of place, anyone notice this?

That actually looks really good
![thumbs up! :good:](./images/smilies/thumbupmr4.gif)
! I might try to make one with the KR hood... though I don't really have much time these days. But I have to say, that rendition already works really really good!

Oooh that does look nice Dark Screen!.. As to where the scanner would go... I don't follow cars much but are they making a 2010 GT500KR? Cause then it would have a place.. I found a 1960s, it might have been, KR and it had the same hood so I guess its a KR thing.

Here is my rendition of the new KITT based on the new Mustang. Notice that it has a KR hood (the scanner is the real thing as it was taken from high res press pictures). 30 minute job.
I hope you like it. Click to see it as it is high resolution.

Nice work, Dark Screen and Solid Snake! I personally prefer the latter (and the red background is very neat), but you both have done well.
