Can Glen Larson answer once and for all the questions about KITTs creation.
Was KITT created from 'scratch' or was he 'installed' in ML's car??
With that in mind, where does the prototype, KARR fit in??? (i accept that in reality KARR was the after thought in terms of storyline, subject to 'revisionist history' but is there an explanation GL may have thought of?)
