Showcase

Post by justinbrueningnet » Mon Jul 28, 2008 8:05 pm

Did anyone else happen to be surprised that the 2 hr movie was on Showcase yesterday evening? I was flipping channels around 4:30 and saw a paintjob on a car going from silver to black and thought "what a Knight Rider copycat" and then the car turned out to be Kitt and it was the 2hr pilot movie. Ive seen the movie quite a few times but its always nice to randomly come across it on tv :)

What is Showcase? Is that a Canadian channel? I don't think we've heard it states side.

Man I wish it was still playing here, cause I still don’t have a copy of it. From the begining I have always been a really huge fan of it in spite of a few minor flaws.

Yup, Showcase is Canadian! I'm surprised they are airing it but hey, the more exposure the better.

I always thought it was an American channel, but it's Canadian. I was surprised they were airing it too. Global and E are the only Canadian channels I thought were going to be airing it
