Going back to how some titles inspire possible plot i give you:

One Knight Stand (the title is not mine, that honour goes to Weezl)
For some reason or other Mike does not agree with the desicions/course of action FLAG or the goverment is take to fix the episodes problem. He then takes it upon himself to go against their wishes, go rogue if you will to get the job done (in what turns out to be the best course in the end). This could test the loyalties KI3T has to Mike over KI3T relationship to FLAG.......Who will he choose.

The Way You Look At Knight:
An episode addresses Sarah's feelings for Mike, whether she chooses to act on them or not

Knight Plays Tricks On The Mind:
Someone is already or soon will be institutionalised in a mental establishment. Someone has payed great lengths to make it appear as if they belong their chemically or otherwise to hide a horrible truth. Mike and KI3T then pull out all the stops to give the villain of the story a taste of their own medicine. After all being stalked by a talking car that can project holograms is just plain crazy

One Knight Only:
There are talks about the government creating a (or even a fleet of) new (perhaps supposedly improved) KI3T(s) but circumstances prove that there can only be one. This of course could be the foundation leading upto the appearance of KARR 2.0

We Own The Knight
The government, military of course have been keeping tabs on FLAG's success's and seek to claim that KI3T is their property and would like KI3T for their own purposes (could link wih 'One Knight Only' story Arc) and may even want to dismatle his to reverse engineer him.

Knight At The Opera:
Know real explanation needed, perhaps KI3T interrupts a performance on stage for the finale. really i just very much like the title.

Strangers in the Knight:
Quite simple really, KI3T ends up in the wrong hands. Awesomeness ensues. The hero of the story will of course be KI3T who escapes and will hopefully make a mockery or his captors much like he did in the original series pilot with those pesky car thieves.

The Knight We Never Met
(A) We learn something new (and shocking) about Mike Tracer
(B) We have some new backstory to Wilton Knight (bearing in mind that if done wrong will make the KR community very unhappy)
(C) Mike learns he wasn't an only child.
(D) A new villain, the son of Garth

All in A Knights Work;
FLAG is in danger of losing funding or being no more once again and has to plead it's case to a court or group of officials. Could be made into a montage of moments from the series (complete with unused footage from the original episode) or flashbacks from things we havn't seen that somehow have particular merit for showing that FLAG is an asset to the government.

Knight Of The Rising Son:
(A) About Mike's relationship with his father and the long journey ahead to truly step out of his shadow.
(B) Garth reappears as the new CEO of some all powerful company
(C) Another opportunity to introduce a possible son of Garth.

KITT Got Your Tongue:
Mike and KI3T have to find and rescue the all important witness that has the damning testominy and get them to court in time to put the bad guys behind bars.

Feeling Like KITT:
Something that brings in to question whether or not KI3T has the right to be called a sentient lifeform
