Mustang in Death Race

Post by Michael Pajaro » Mon Jul 07, 2008 4:34 pm

Universal's love of the Mustang continues, as the car is a featured vehicle in their new "Death Race" movie.

The movie looks like it lacks the campy satire of the original Death Race 2000, but might have some good car sequences in it.

I can't help but think this is what the cars in KR 2010 should have looked like. :)

Also note said mustang is not covered in badges. It appears to just have a pony in the grill.

There are no badges, but even in the trailer they make sure to describe that it's a Mustang V-8 Fastback. They also describe a lot of the Mustang's other features, some of which are similar to classic K.I.T.T.'s.
