We will have to hear from Ben Silverman on Wednesday. Just because they announce the show then, it might not air in the fall. They often announce several shows and save some for the spring. For instance, at the upfronts in 2006, the Jeff Goldblum series "Raines" was previewed, but it didn't actually air until Spring of 2007.
It is interesting to note that previously they would have an actor (or actors) from the series at the event to help promote it. Not sure if that will still be the case as NBC and other studios are trying to change the way the event is presented.
