a little KR gif i made

I was bored when i was making a few animated gifs. i usually make them by capping a dvd frame by frame on my pc and then animating them. but i found out that i can upload a MPEG video into the program i use to make the gifs (paintshop's animation shop) instead of the individual frames. then i simply remove the frames. this was made from the season 4 credits i found on youtube, that i converted to AVI/MPEG by using an online converter discussed in THIS thread. I then saved the frames for what i wanted, and then animated the frames in animation shop. Here is the final item all done, and animated real nice.

if you want any KR video clip made into a gif, just let me know, as long as it is in MPEG format i can GIF it ;).

Well mines is made up of alot of individual pics I made in photoshop all put together in Ulead Gif animator.

mine was made using paintshop's animation shop using a section of the season 4 opening credits. i uploaded the whole video into the program (as long as the video is in MPEG format i can do this), and saved the frames and then animated the frames. i can make ANY MPEG video into an animated gif, as well as off of a DVD like the KR season sets. so if anybody wants a KR animated gif, let me know what, and i will see what i can do :wink: .

G'day Dave, could you make one for me of say kitts scanner activating, ie like in good day at white rock ,where kitts imponded? and then cut to the dash lighting up etc?

how about the one from knight of the phoenix where kitt busts mike out of jail, which was used in white rock ;).

When I was messing around in VBasic, I had figured out how to make clever graphics like that, too. One big difference with using a programming language over an image editor...direct typing out the message in mere seconds to alter what the display reads. It looked really cool.

Now...I'm not even sure I still have the programming code saved anywhere.
