Your postal service sounds like the UK one, I can ship something from the US to the UK nearly half the price I can send from the UK to the US

How about this, its sometimes cheaper to send 2 metal KITTs seperatly than 2 in one box

Just bought it earlier today! Found it at one shop and I just had to grab it even though I already have the 1st version of the non talking 1/18 KITT.. Did not expect to find it because it is very hard to find now especially in Japan (http://www.hlj.com/product/AOS07504). According to the shop owner, he had brought in only 4 of these KITT... And there were only 2 left when I came..

Yes, it speaks Japanese!!!! 3 Japanese KITT phrases (i think) plus the whoosh whoosh sound..

Too bad I don't understand what Japanese KITT is saying though....

But I really love the detail of the packaging!!! Look at the inside... Looks as though KITT is in the semi... So cool.. Check it out >>>

Yeah, that a excellent display box.

Just gotta wait for the English version. If Hitari can do it with radio control & Skynet do it only for Japanese market, surely massive US, UK & Australia market would buy it

This talking Aoshima KITT has better looking fog lights.. The previous Aoshima 1/18 KITT that was first released if you remember had that annoying black dot behind each lens.. The new and improved one doesn't.. Looks great I must say..

I got mine at around US$100 at my local retailer.. I will provide a video link of it talking in Japanese soon...

Yes, that is the one that talks. You can tell from the packaging details such as the interior details of the semi that he used in his pics to show the model.

You should make the box a full Semi! You could paint it black with the Knight decals on the side. That would be awesome!

Excellent idea James.... But the interior detail wld only be on one side...

Anyways, I asked the seller at Ebay if it was the talking KITT in Japanese.. He said it is the talking one.. Guys, unless you really want it, I would not recommend getting it from him at ebay... It costs a bomb there...

The price is just ridiculous..

I wouldn't mind getting an English translation of what Jap KITT is saying if there are any fans here that speaks Japanese..??

Some pics of both my Aoshima 1/18 KITT & KARR.... Now very hard to find especially KARR since it is much more detailed than the disappointing one that ERTL released not too long ago...
