Here in South Africa we have a channel called M-Net Series - it's mostly a rerun channel, but they have a few exclusives. Knight Rider season 4 will be starting on this channel shortly and it will be played in it's entirety (ie all teasers etc).

If you click on Official Site it will bring you to knight rider online, I suppose because it's the best (in my opinion) Knight Rider information station on the web.
In the photo gallery they have used a picture of KITT that is obviously of someones replica and not one of the cars used in the show. They don't mention the movie anywhere though.
A bit of background MNet is South Africa's major channel (it is a pay channel) as they own the rights to 90% of the good shows and is broadcast via terrestrial signals and digital satellite. MNet Series is broadcast only on DStv (Digital Satellite Television). MNet & it's channels are broadcast to the rest of Africa aswell.
