Has anyone noticed? (a little nitpick comparison thing)

In KOTD, season 3, the episode started off with the policeman talking on the phone to his gf and being accused of cheating and in KOTJ, season 4, the security guard is being accused of the same thing and having the same conversation?

I guess by s4, they ran out of ideas how to start KR season's. :D
