Need help in building a replica prop

Hi! I am planning to make a 1:1 size replica of he Analyzer Box but I don't really know its dimensions. The only comparative is the Hoff's hand, and I don't know the size of that, too :).
Another thing is the inscriptions on the opening upper side of the Season 3-4 analyzer box. I can't read them, they are not legible in VHS format. If someone has the patience to look for the inscriptions, please do it for my sake. A good choice is The Rotten Apples, where Michael analyzes the little bottle of poison.

If you can help me, please do it. I'll post pics from the beginning till the end when I finally start building the Analyzer...

Click on the drop down menu and you will see the chemical analyzer
there. Second one down. As for what they say, I can make out ON, OFF
and LOCK.
