Kitt interviewed by Howard Stern
So im driving home on friday and they are replaying the friday show on howard stern. The firday show they basacilly play old clips of howard. So they started with Howard Stern in 1984 when he went to Universal Studios and he sat in Kitt and interviewd him (mind you the voice was of some kid whos getting paid 4 dollars an hour to do the voice for all the little kids who sat inside the car"
The interview was beyond funny, from jokes about David and how uncomfrotable it must have been him sitting on you, to asking who was the ungliest woman to ever sit inside you. I am not sure how much detail i can go into about the interview, but i do have to say to know they mentioned kitt and knight rider on howard stern was truly something else.

This is the transcript from Marksfriggin.com:
Jon moved the show along quickly and brought up the first thing they were going to get to. Gary gave the history of the bit and how they used to go out to Los Angles to do shows and one time they took a tour of Universal Studios where Howard ended up doing an interview with KITT the car from ''Knight Rider.'' This was back in the WNBC days so they had some audio from that interview.
In the interview Howard asked the car how it feels when David Hasslehoff sits on his face. He KITT if he has hemorrhoids and some things like that. KITT wasn't answering because the questions were kind of throwing him off. In the bit you also hear Howard speaking with a bit of a lisp that he's lost over the years. He continued to ask KITT about having dogs peeing on his tires and things like that. The car eventually played along with him and did tell Howard that David doesn't wipe.
Gary wondered if anyone knew who KITT the car was. Ralph asked if anyone knew who was talking to the car because it didn't sound like Howard. Jon said that KITT was the car that made David Hasslehoff famous. Gary said there were a lot of references in that bit that were very outdated as well.

i hope this doesn't get off topic, but i think a lot of poeple don't belive paying for radio, buts its kinda like paying for cable tv...not to make a commercial but its worth getting not only for howard. but they have 65 commercial free music stations, u have no idea how nice it is to actully go to a station and neve rhave to worry about some commerical.
But i guess everyone has there own opinion, one additional thing i remember about the interview was howard asking if kitt had ever been rear ended...i thought it was a funny play on words. Ill see if i can find the entire interview.

I think the satellite radio is great as well; it's just the fact that I don't need another bill right now. A friend of mine has it and it seems pretty cool. But generally I just plug in my iPod when I go for a drive.djshag69 wrote:i hope this doesn't get off topic, but i think a lot of poeple don't belive paying for radio, buts its kinda like paying for cable tv...not to make a commercial but its worth getting not only for howard. but they have 65 commercial free music stations, u have no idea how nice it is to actully go to a station and neve rhave to worry about some commerical.
OK, back to the regularly scheduled topic...

I use iTunes or internet radio stations here and there. And not an extra bill. As I pay for the DSL each month and get whatever I like. Just pay extra per-song or video if I buy stuff on iTunes or whatever.
I can't afford cable TV. I can't see paying $60 a month just so I can get the Sci-Fi channel because they have it in the most expensive package and not in any others and they "can't" split things up and give you only what you want and nothing else.
