i doubt it, a 1:18 semi would be HUGE...

i think even some of the bigger cars that you would think they were 1:18 are actually 1:21 just to make them look similar in size to a 1:18

ecto 1 comes to mind

last summer I began to build a trailer portion for the kitt 1/18 scale size and this past winter when my computer was in the shop I updated it and added the rest of the interior pieces and there is still some odds and ends to add and hopefully I can get pics up and running!....oh yeah the trailer was made from 2 boxes that the cars came in and they really do accomendate the diecast kitts for room to fit your hand in it and eventually add statuettes!

There's a rare Japanese version of the semi that requires assembly. While I'm not sure of its exact scale, it is definitely smaller than 1/18th and accomodates a smaller size K.I.T.T. model. They're hard to find, though, so eBay would be your best bet if you're interested.

Its 1/28. I have some pics and info on it on my site:

If your lucky, hlj.com may still have some as they recently restocked it.

the chance of seeing this is highly unlikely to an almost definite NO!
this would require it's own casting. kr 2000 wasn't as popular as the show and wouldn't draw as much of a market as kitt and karr from the series. if karr was a different make vehicle that rc2 didn't already have an existing casting for, we wouldn't have seen it either. it was nothing for ertl to change the paint on the kitt casting. basically rc2 wouldn't get their return for spending what it would cost to make the casting let alone the actual production cost. don't get me wrong, i'd buy one in a heartbeat but unless the one pushing the buttons at rc2 is a diehard kr fan,i highly doubt we will see one. :?

Your best bet is the old AMT model (first edition). If done right, they can come out pretty nice, like this one:
