By complete accident did I notice this:
From the Blooper Reel:
From "Knight Strike":
From "Knight of the Drones":
Anybody have any idea who this guy is? My guess is he's a crew member from the 3rd season.

hmmm Interesting, maybe he's the guy who supposedly drove off in a "KITT" out of universal studios
Where did you get the blooper real from?

I *almost* thought it was William Daniels at first but then getting a better look at the guy's face, obviously it isn't. Is it?
Perhaps it's one of the stunt drivers? Maybe the same guy that drives KITT "invisibly" at times?
I wish I had a name...

I'm not sure if it is Lt. Barth from KITT the Cat, but he does look like the guy.
That was my first thought upon seeing the pics also

Jack Starrett played Lt. Barth, but that isn't him.
It's definitely someone who worked on the crew; he also appears as early as "White Bird" -- the security man who searches for Michael during the break-in to Cole's office. He was a plain-clothes cop in "Brother's Keeper", but not credited (the credit goes to the speaking cop).
There is another case of a mysterious reappearing man in Season 3 (who also appears in the bloopers reel. He is the driver of the van at the climax of "Knight in Retreat", and the car-carrier rig in "The Ice Bandits". He was also involved in the fight scene in "Merchants of Death". In the bloopers, he can be seen walking with another crew member, and probably worked for the stunt department/2nd Unit.
He's the guy on the left of the shot:

Paul:
Great eye! Here's the mysterious guy from "White Bird":
And from "Brother's Keeper":
And here's the other mysterious guy, from "The Ice Bandits":
From "Knight in Retreat":
And from "Merchants of Death" (on the left):
My gratitude forever to anyone who can identify these men!

I think I saw that first guy in Circus Knights last night. He was working the spotlight during the Turbo Man act. (At least it looked like him anyway.)

I just popped "Circus Knights" in and the guy running the spotlight is a different guy - but does look similar! I bet Jack Gill would know who these people are.
