You can look here: http://imdb.com/title/tt0083437/ Mulhare died in 1997. McPherson hasn't been on TV since 1991, not counting a show on Haselhoff in 2001. Holden has done a few things, but nothing I recognize as very high profile. Parros was on CSI last year, and has done some writing and producing...

Punctuation. Periods, commas, semicolons, anything, PLEASE. Trying to read that gave me a headache.

Besides, KR is well known for flaws, flubs and goofs, so this is hardly an "OMG!" kind of thing.

If a KR movie is made, I don't see why they'd have to abide by events in KR2K. Fortunately, this isn't Star Trek, and you won't have legions of die-hard fans demanding that a KR movie abide by "established continuity." KR was never very good with continuity, anyway. I just hope that if a n...

If they were releasing a KR movie in December, wouldn't we have heard about it filming already? I don't think we have. Unless they're going to do a half-assed job, I don't see any way possible you could start a movie now and have it ready by December. Just think of the time needed in post production.

Knight Rider simply never had a series finale. But since I grew up with the series - and just watched the KR2K movie - I know you're off on a few points. I don't think KITT was mad with Michael. And it wasn't Michael that had KITT disassembled, it was Maddock, and he apparently did it without Devon'...

News of the future

Or maybe it's the past now. Just watched KR 2K for the first time in a long time, and with today's gas prices, a bit in the movie jumped out at me. There's a fake news segment talking about how thanks to hydrogen fuel from algae farms, the price of a barrel of oil had dropped to 10 cents. Oh, how we...

That works for me, except the fog lights really look out of place. I recently saw a Trans Am of that model for sale at a car lot. Teal in color, I think. Occured to me that the nose on it is kind of a more rounded idea of KITT's. At the same lot recently there was also a 1985 for sale. Black with go...

No pics, but here is some of what I have. I have the KITT car that came with the Comtron truck crash set, pictured elsewhere in the thread. Oh, how I wish I still had the launcher and the truck! One thing I have I don't think I saw here is the Darda windup KITT. It's basically just a Trans Am with a...

^ Bingo! That's the shot. Stuff like that drove me nuts as a kid because, you know, KITT had that molecularly bonded shell and was indestructible.

In some ep from Season 4 I was slo-moing a scene where KITT goes by and you can clearly see the camera crew reflected on the side of the car. There was another ep where I guess they had that covering on the car - used for special effects? - and when the bad guy slammed into KITT, you could see it be...

I remember when I was about 7 years old, I saw a segment about the different KITTS on Enertainment Tonight and it crushed me. LOL I wanted to believe that there was 1 and only 1. I remember when I saw "KITT" at a hod rod car show in Pittsburgh and tried very, very hard to forget the fact ...

Another question as I've been watching S4 - Just where on KITT's dash are the buttons for SPM and the EBS? It looks like they're hidden behind some kind of panel. I just can't figure out where they're supposed to be, because they're always shown in close up. Or are they not actually even on the dash...

Funny thing is, that car is probably what a lot of people think KITT looked like. Many of the early toys looked like that - just a regular front-end with the red "thingee" attached to it. Makes me think of that Benchwarmers movie. "Who are you?" "Oh, just a nerd, who grew up...

To me, bullet proof didn't necessarily equal molecular bonded shell. But then, we see KITT take rocket hits in S4, which to me says the shell is back. I just wish it had been stated more clearly. As a kid, back in the day, I was pretty confused on this point. They said the whole point of SPM was to ...

Here's a few things KITT probably couldn't do: Open his T-top with the EBS deployed. Go into SPM from convertible mode. Go into convertible mode from SPM mode. They just seemed to try to cram too much stuff onto the car. The convertible was probably just too much. I don't recall it serving any usefu...

KITT often just doesn't take the initiative. He just simply waits for instructions. This can be a really bad thing if Michael is in danger.

From what I've seen in S4, they made RC3 the regular driver of the semi. But since having him in the cab would remove him from the dialogue in the back - or limit them to scenes with the semi stationary - it seems they came up with the idea that the semi has an automatic pilot. Probably a less advan...

Real world explanations aside, it can be fun pondering in-universe explanations for how KITT could do what he did. Super pursuit question

Hello all. Long time no see. Got a quick - and I hope, simple - question. In what fourth season episodes was the super pursuit mode seen at night? I'm remembering there were night scenes with a neat looking red glow around the SPM bits. I've been watching the Season 4 DVDs, just getting to the secon...

Not bad. I could see a place here and there where I'd tweak the dialogue a bit, but for the most part I could hear the characters' voices as I read, which is a good thing.

Crossovers can be interesting, if done right.

Back in the 80s, the Trans Am KITT was based on was definitely a head turner. Compared to the other cars of the day, it was almost exotic. What made KITT interesting was the car was a production car, but it was different enough to get noticed. Other than the car itself, the obvious things are the sc...
