Seems taoworm2323 and all his videos are gone. Too bad this work is lost. Even Universal can't seem to find a HD copy of the movie.

A German release is planned for later this year (likely, no confirmed date yet) and it'll include all Knight Rider series but TKR, KR2000, KR2010 only in SD

Knight Rider is supposed to be released on Blu-Ray in Germany some time this year. Currently it seemt, KR2000 will only be included in SD. Maybe someone here can help acquire an HD version?
