Does anyone out there have any information on the Lynx Imperial car featured in "Knight Sting"? Surely it wasn't built for Knight Rider. Has anyone seen it in any other show? Is it a real race car?

It sure looks like a TV prop of a car. Never seen it anything else ... who knows.
