I was just wondering who people like best. The 1982 kitt body or the 2003 body. I just want to hear some opinions on what you think is better.

Well since 2002 was the last model year for the Firebird, I'd have to say the 1982 version.

hahahha, yes. Neps has you there.
BUT, if you meant for the 2002 version, as there actually was one.
I like KITT in 1982, but if it came to which car I'd want to own, 2002

Tough one for me. I really like the '98-'02's a lot, but I grew up with the '82 style, so I don't know.
I like the '02's but I think I'd have to go with a '82 with some major changes to the powertrain

I vote the old one.
The new (93-02) F-bodies are too stylized. They look like caricatures of themselves.

98-02, I think.
KITT project is on again!
Currently working on: brand new stock tan interior, almost done!

The 82.
But they're both nice.
I only pick the 82 cos I still want a replica. One day... one day...

wouldnt be the same with out the original TA/KITT .
when i see other T-A's i just see them as ordinary cars . but the '82
.... jeez i grew up watching that car so it just feels right too me .

The front end of the 2002 Trans Am is great, especially with the Ram Air hood. It just looks like one mean, bad-ass automobile. Unfortunately, the back of the car looks like a wimpy old Celica. If they did some rear end work, they'd have an unstoppable car with the 2002 model.

Agreed. I want to like the newer style bodies, but I often find myself wondering why they made the newer bodies look so horrid.
