Chuck is on this list...wasn't it off the list last time? I think this may be the news we were fearing...
Doesn't look good. But at least we got one season....or 4 episodes anyway....
Bring on the DVDs...

I sincerely hope people can move on now. But then again there's still some people yapping about how K.I.T.T. should've been a Camaro, so it's not likely to happen any time soon.

Thank god it wasn't a Camaro, for one it looks worse and secondly the show would have been dead much much much earlier as GM could not keep the deal going (money wise).

O well, NBC doesnt have my time for Wednesday. I hope their new shows are full of crap.
Especially the "fake/scripted" Celebs stuck in the Jungle that is coming in the summer. Really do we need another "Celebrity Reality Show"?

If this is the fall line up then we can only hope that another station picks up the series. It has potential.

It looks like the only day I will be tuning into NBC is Mondays now. Everything else is passable.

ianruk, that will only discredit the real people.. snail mail is the way to go.

KITT: "I'm definitely dark and handsome, I'm only tall when I'm climbing a steep incline."

Well, it looks like NBC did the typical American network thing, cancel TV shows before they fully see what the full reception is like around the world.
To quote Homer Simpson “NBC: Never Been Crappier”.
Upon saying that though there could always been a small glimmer of hope on the horizon. NBC owns other networks too where ratings don’t really seem to matter as long as it does pretty well, those networks are Sci-Fi, Bravo and USA Network. There may be a teeny tiny chance that NBC will simply move Knight Rider to Sci-Fi or Bravo or USA but the chance of that happening is the chance that there will be world peace, little to no chance.

Hold on with your comment replies regarding this issue. There is no official word from NBC that KR is cancelled. And normally, KRO is the first to report such information regarding the fate of the current show.

Well I am very disapointed.
I congratulate my fellow fans on a valiant effort.
Now on to my venting..
All I can say is thank you GST. "did you ever watch the "original" show?" quote from galaxy quest.
You totally F"d up a perfectly good oppertuntiy to carry on the Knight Rider fanchise.
Why you chose to do you own thing with the series is a complete mystery to me, but as the ratings showed in the end, the viewers wanted Knight Rider (Micheal Knight and Kitt) not the transformers version you offered.
GST next time some one asks you to produce a remake of an iconic series, Please do us all a favor and stay home.I promise you from now on I will boycott any project you are assoicated with.
