Anyone have disc & cover art for the Bloopers DVD-R?

Hey everyone.
I bought a DVD-R of the Knight Rider Bloopers a while back from a guy locally. Anyhoo, the cover & disc art sucks (See below). The cover art is too short and uses the old NES cover and the disc art isn't centered.
Has anyone made decent cover & disc art? Or, do any of you have decent cover & disc art that you can scan?
